Using BBA Property Advocates was the best thing we could have ever done to buy property in Sydney. We were fortunate enough to be meet Rhoda through our Mortgage Broker. They were very enthusiastic about introducing Rhoda to us for our first property purchase. We were apprehensive because it took the control away from us and the fees were a lot. These concerns vanished once we discussed our requirements, budget and ideas with Rhoda. We felt heard after our first meeting with her. Rhoda understood what we hoped to achieve and the properties that she shared with us kept us intrigued and were within our price guide. Surprisingly within days Rhoda had found the property we purchased with her help. Her expertise of the market and communication with agents was above what we'd expected. Rhoda excelled beyond what we thought we could achieve by working with her. Rhoda is personal and understood the expectations of a busy family life and was available out of work hours. She offered advice beyond knowing about properties and purchasing. She continued to communicate with us for the following weeks to reassure us with other matters even after we'd paid her fees. I hope others out there have the pleasure to work with Rhoda as she made the process of buying a property easy in comparison to the previous months we'd spent searching for ourselves with no luck.
